Shree Rang Tech manufactures different models of by-pass modules to be installed on the extrusion heads.
The by-pass module has a rotating purge valve inside which allows the flow to be diverted. This accessory is installed between the extruder flange and the head body.
This system allows to temporarily exclude the compound in the head to allow the change of molds or the restoration of the conductor wire without completely stopping the extruder. It allows a quick restart of production and a considerable saving on downtime.
Possibility to be customized for any application up to a diameter of 50 mm of internal passage.
